All Sales Are Final
Since all Minnesota Wear products are printed or embroidered on demand specifically for you, we do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please refer to our size charts before placing your order to ensure a perfect fit.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
To report an issue, please email hellomnwear@gmail.com with:
- Your Order Number.
- High-quality photos of the defective area and/or the product label.
- A brief description of the issue.
Once we verify the defect with our production facility, we will attempt to provide a replacement.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our production facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our production facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
